Like most girls I LOVE to have my nails done! I love changing my nail colors according the my mood, the season, or an event coming up. One thing I do NOT like about having my nails done is when they chip after a day or two. That is why I am crazy excited about the newest nail craze which is Shellac Gel Manicures/Pedicures.
Shellac Gel Polish applies like a normal polish, but lasts on your nail like a gel. It generally lasts anywhere from 2-3 weeks. Although regular nail polish is much healthier for your nail, Shellac Gel does not harm your nail as much as acrylics do. Majority of nail salons are now offering shellac gel manicures. Polishes come in a variety of colors and also offer glitter options.
As well as getting a Shellac Gel manicure or pedicure at a salon, you can now purchase a Shellac Gel manicure kit and a variety of polishes. Although I love getting the lovely manicure in the salon it can add up money wise. I am considering in investing in one of the kits so I can do my own nails and others for a much cheaper price.

If you haven't tried out Shellac yet I HIGHLY recommend it! It is a safe & long lasting way to keep polish on your nails!
